enthusiasts to join our club.

You are invited to join the Northstar
Cadillac-LaSalle Club. Our region mainly includes people from
Minnesota, North & South Dakota, Iowa and Wisconsin. Members develop
close friendships with others by participating in activities which take
place throughout the year.
The Northstar Region Cadillac-LaSalle Club is a socially
oriented club that brings together Cadillac and LaSalle enthusiasts for
the express purpose of encouraging the preservation, restoration and enjoyment of
these beautiful vehicles.
Our
membership roster currently consists of approximately 110 families who
have over 280 vehicles ranging from 1917 to the present. Our
regional Board of Directors organizes numerous events throughout the
year. The Herald, our local newsletter, and our web site feature
calendars of upcoming events, technical information, news about our
membership, photos taken at past events and great advertising sections.
Our club has been the fastest growing regional club during the last
three
years and I would like to think that part of our success is because of
the variety of activities planned for the members. Our activities
include a wide variety of events including participation in formal car
shows with the largest being the
All
GM Car Show held at the Minnesota State Fair Grounds. For more details on

Events are happening year round. Each spring and fall we plan
driving tours. Some are one day only events and others may
encompass a long weekend getaway depending on the destination.
During the summer we have two Saturday driving and lunch tours.
Throughout the year we have a variety of monthly activities that include
dinner outings, educational meetings and shop tours that are all a part
of the year round programming. These events provide lots of time
for socializing with like-minded car enthusiasts and their
families. A high percentage of our membership takes part in these
activities. We really enjoy taking our cars out of storage and
driving and showing them off as often as possible and, of course,
talking about them too!
Many of the members also participate in National Cadillac-LaSalle Club
events such as the driving tours and Grand Nationals. On September
11, 2005 our club was one of three clubs to organize the Victory Drive
2005 Car Show held in Richfield. Over three hundred cars were
shown and many thousands of dollars were raised to support our Minnesota
deployed soldiers and their families. This year the event will be
held on September 10, 2006. Plan on
attending our events with friends from your regional club. These will be
events that you will remember for a long time.
