 Ray W Theisen
May 17, 1934—November 26, 2002

Ray W. Theisen passed away on November 26, 2002 from a short battle with cancer. He was 68 years young.

Ray W. Theisen lost his short battle with cancer on November 26, 2002. Ray will be remembered by many for his love of big and fast cars. Ray preferred Lincoln’s. In Rays early years he was well known in Central Minnesota for his fast driving as a race driver. Ray served in the Army during the Korean War. Ray was active in the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the American Legion. He retired from Hardrives, Inc. where he was employed for 25 years.

Ray was a member of the Cadillac LaSalle Club/NorthStar Region for many years. He owned a 1940 LaSalle Club Coupe, which he enjoyed for over 50 years. Ray and his wife, Vera, made many trips with the LaSalle, which was his old faithful car and very dependable.

Ray and Vera were active members of the St. Cloud Antique Auto Club since 1974.

Ray’s current vehicles beside the LaSalle are; 1942 Lincoln Zephyr Coupe, 1956 Lincoln, 1957 Ford Ranchero, and a 1969 Lincoln Mark 111.

I, Jerry Plachecki, have known Ray for over 40 years, he was a friend. Ray was always willing to help, never complained, always had a smile and never said a bad word against anyone. Ray was one of the GOOD GUYS.

Jerry Plachecki, Club Member.
